The Consulate General of Italy is pleased to announce the opening of the Italy Visa Application Centre in St.Petersburg. This service is available for residents and Non-citizens with valid Registration in the North-West Region of the Federation who wish to apply for a TOURIST and BUSINESS VISA to Italy.

For Prospective Applicants

If you wish to apply for a short stay tourist or business visa up to 90 days to Italy, kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being incomplete or not being processed.

Note: Applicants and Travel Agents applying in St Petersburg are requested to take prior appointment on our web-site or by calling +7 812 6550289 for submitting the application at the Italy Visa Application Centre in St Petersburg.

Note: The Italy Visa Application Centre will ONLY accept applications for TOURIST and BUSINESS VISAS. All other visa category applications need to be submitted directly at the Consulate General of Italy in St Petersburg.

There remains the possibility of applying for tourist and business visa directly at the Consulate General of Italy. However, in this case, the waiting time for submission of documents, as well as the time required for processing may essentially increase. Please note that, regardless of a place where the application is going to be submitted, the reservation can ONLY be made by phone through Italy Visa Application Centre : +7 812 6550289.

Step 1 :	Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. We have no say on whether you will be granted a visa or how much time it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consulate of Italy to decide on.
Step 2 :	Please review the Requisite Documents required at the time of submission
Step 3 :	Schedule an appointment through our call centre or website to submit your application at the Visa application Centre in St. Petersburg.
Step 4 :	Submit your documents at our Visa Application Centre on the date and time given for your appointment.
Step 5 :	Track your Application at any time through our website or call centre to know the status of your application.

If you have already applied for your visa through the Italy Visa Application Centres you can track the status of your application by clicking here and providing your unique Reference number (located at the top of the Receipt issued to you at the time you submitted your documents in the Centre) and you’re Date of Birth.
