This area consists of: the city of St. Petersburg, the Republic Karelia, and the following oblasts: Archangelsk, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov and Vologda. Applicants are requested to submit their applications in St Petersburg if residing in the above regions. Applications for the rest of the Federation should be submitted at the Embassy of Italy in Moscow.
