Fees listed below are per applicant, including children 6 years of age and
above.

In addition to the visa fee, there is a service charge of 900 Rubles (inclusive
of VAT) per application - to be paid in cash

The visa fees and service charges once paid are not refundable.
SCHENGEN VISAS
EURO 35,00 - 1575 Rubles (for citizens of Russian Federation, Ukraine,
Republic of Moldova, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Republic of Serbia, Montenegro, Republic of Albania)
EURO 60, 00 - 2700 Rubles (for citizens of other States)
URGENCY FEE (applied to the citizens of Russian Federation and Ukraine) EURO 70,
00 - 3150 Rubles

ORDINARY FEE
The fee for processing an application for a SCHENGEN tourist visa by the
citizens of Russian Federation, Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, Former Yugoslav
Republic of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Serbia, Montenegro,
Republic of Albania is 35 EUR payable in cash, 1575 Rubles only. The fee for
processing applications (ordinary) submitted by the citizens of other States is
60 EUR - 2700 Rubles
URGENCY FEE according to the Agreement between the European Community and the
Russian Federation on the facilitation of the issuance of visas
(entered into force June 1, 2007)
The Consulate will charge a fee of EUR 70,00 - 3150 Rubles for processing
applications submitted by the citizens of Russian Federation and Ukraine within
three working days before the date of visa issuance.
THE ORDINARY FEE IS FULLY WAIVED FOR
-
close relatives (spouses, children including adopted, parents including
custodians, grandparents, grandchildren) of citizens of the EU and of the
Russian Federation legally residing in the territory of the Russian Federation
or the EU
-
children under 6 years of age
-
members of official delegation following an official invitation for meetings,
consultations, negotiations, exchange programs
-
members of national / regional Governments, Parliaments, Constitutional Courts,
Supreme Courts
-
pupils, students, post-graduate students and accompanying teachers if traveling
on study / educational purpose
-
participants in youth international sports events and persons accompanying them
-
participants in scientific, cultural and artistic activities including
university /other exchange programs
-
participants in official exchange programs organized by twin cities
-
disabled persons and the person accompanying them
-
persons traveling on humanitarian grounds (urgent medical treatment / funeral /
illness of close relatives)

researchers traveling for the purpose of carrying out scientific research
Please note that THE URGENCY FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO all the above
mentioned categories.
